XNA Creators Club Game Launcher with demos now available

Microsoft’s XNA tools have been giving indie developers access to powerful game design tools for a few years now.  We’re finally beginning to see the fruits of their labor.  Microsoft has released the XNA Creators Club Game Launcher as well as quite a few demos for some independently developed games.  Above is a trailer showing off some of the games coming out.  Little Gamers, Dishwasher, and Jellycar were the ones that particularly caught my eye.  Microsoft claims there will be a large number of community games released and I’m looking forward to playing them all.  Sometimes the best ideas are the ones the big companies won’t take on.  If my 360 wasn’t in for repairs (again) I’d be downloading everything that’s currently available.  When you get a chance to try them, please post your impression, whether they’re good or bad.

How often will these be available for? If it’s limited time only, I’ll have to grab them every chance I can.

The demos that are up right now are available for just over two weeks.

When/if the full versions of these games come out I don’t know if we’ll be paying for them individually, downloading them for free, paying for a subscription service, or what.  I haven’t seen any solid details on that yet but I would really like to know.

And I could be wrong but my friend made it sound like even if you download the demos, they will no longer be playable in a little over two weeks when they take away the option to download them.  Microsoft does this with video rentals so perhaps they’re implementing it into demos as well (or perhaps just these XNA demos).  So I would play them now in case there is an expiration date.
